Groene Vrijdag

~Short English Review Below~

Nederlandse thrillers en ik gaan meestal niet samen, al helemaal wanneer de schrijver ze dan laat afspelen in Amerika. Zo ook deze keer met Groene Vrijdag. Het verhaal en de schrijfstijl spraken me echt niet aan, en daarnaast zou ik het ook niet echt spannend kunnen noemen. Ik heb sindsdien nooit meer iets van deze schrijver gelezen.

Maybe I should have know, because in the past I noticed that the Dutch literary thriller movement and I don’t go together well, especially when they decide to place their books in America. However, I think I should authors at least once before I make such a statement, but this book was no exception. It was a real disappointment for me as I didn’t like the story, or the writing.
