I was browsing Netgalley yesterday, I know I shouldn’t but either way, I came across a new title. When I first noticed the cover I was thinking I have already read this book, but it turned out the books both share the same (I guess) stock photo on their cover. Well, that was awkward, but also made me think.
I know that covers are very important for books (No matter what they say, books get judged on their cover). But if I were to publish a book, I wouldn’t want someone else to have exactly the same photo on my cover. (Even more so these two books are published within a year of each other).
What do you think?
